Our Zero Sugar Wine is made by carefully observing the growing process of our grapes and constantly testing their sugar maturity. The grapes finally selected to make PURE the Winery wines must be picked at just the right time. When picked, the sugars that can be fermented into alcohol are at their peak and the sugars that cannot be fermented into alcohol are not yet present. During our fermentation, specifically cultivated yeasts are added to ensure all the residual sugars disappear.
Yes, Pure the Winery has zero sugar. It has no residual sugar. And we do not put any sugar substitutes in our wine. Our wine is 100% zero sugar, without compromising on taste.
Yes, all our wines contain 10.5% alcohol.
Our wines have zero sugar and zero carbohydrates. This absence of sugar is not at the expense of taste. In addition, the wines of PURE the Winery contain up to 50% fewer calories. And unlike other wines, our wines are 100% Vegan.
Our wines all contain 55 calories / 251kJ per 100ml. This is considerably less than the number of calories in regular wines.
Like many other wines, PURE also contains sulfite. But because there is no sugar in our wines, the sulfite content is relatively low compared to other wines.
No sweeteners have been added to our wines. All sugars have been naturally converted to alcohol during fermentation, without compromising on taste.

Delivery costs are $8 per Metro delivery and $18.50 per Regional/Country delivery (up to a week for delivery). PURE The Winery can be delivered to residential addresses only.
You can compose the contents of that box yourself. Of course you do not have to mix and you can also order a box of 6 of the same bottles.
We hope that someone will be home to receive your package, otherwise we will leave it at your door. If you prefer for your wine not to be left at your door, please let us know so that we can advise our trusted delivery team. Unfortunately, in the case of re-delivery, a fee of $8 will be charged to cover the costs of our team’s time.
We only deliver to residential addresses, so if you have accidentally nominated a business address for delivery, please contact us to make a change.
